After completing your purchase at auralyo.com, open the Auralyo app and sign in with the same email address you used during checkout. Your subscription will be recognised automatically and the full session library will unlock within a few seconds. If it does not unlock immediately, try signing out and back in.

1. Sign out of the app and sign back in with your purchase email.
2. Force-quit the app and reopen it.
3. Check that your device has an active internet connection.
4. If none of the above work, email us at support@auralyo.com with your purchase confirmation and we will resolve it manually within 24 hours.

Auralyo works with any headphones or earbuds. For the best experience we recommend over-ear or in-ear headphones with passive noise isolation — this helps Auralyo's structured audio do its job by reducing environmental distractions. Noise-cancelling headphones work well too.
An internet connection is required for your initial sign-in and to verify your subscription. Some session content may require a connection to stream. Offline mode is on our product roadmap.
Check that your device volume is not muted and that Auralyo is not restricted by your device's Do Not Disturb or Focus settings. Force-quit the app and reopen it. If the issue persists, email support@auralyo.com with your device model and iOS version.
